On behalf of the Hopes N Dreams Board of Directors, we would like to officially welcome you to our grassroots network for special needs children and adults. Hopes N Dreams could not operate without our families, volunteers, special needs community and the financial support we get from individuals and businesses. Our mission is to provide and support programs that will enhance the lives of our members.
